Graves & Swanson LLC Excited to Announce Opening of Firm
We are excited to announce the beginning of our new partnership: Graves & Swanson, LLC!
Beginning in March 2017, attorneys Jacqueline Swanson and C.J. Graves will be joining forces to represent individuals seeking legal services in an array of litigation needs.
Jackie Swanson will be joining the firm after spending three years handling complex civil litigation cases with an emphasis on sexual assault litigation. In all cases she seeks to follow an empowerment model that emphasizes the client’s needs and gives voice to those choices that help address matters of the greatest concern to each individual client. C.J. Graves spent the beginning of his career at a large family law firm in Portland. Since opening his own firm in February of 2015, C.J. has represented clients going through domestic relations matters as well as employees, sexual assault victims, and individuals who have been injured in car accidents or due to the negligence of others. He has had substantial trial and courtroom experience and, like Jackie, seeks to determine what results will achieve the best results for his clients. Jackie and C.J. will work on many of the cases jointly as a team, a dynamic that they discovered has achieved positive results for clients after being co-counsel on several cases when working for separate firms. Both attorneys are deeply focused on their clients' needs, and Graves & Swanson will continue to maintain the focus on client satisfaction, support, and autonomy that both attorneys value so deeply.
